A light and airy base that has been bulk fermented for 16 hours that provides depth of flavour! Our Dough has been designed bespoke for The Gaff through months of trials in order to bake expertly in our Pavesi Forni wood fired oven. Around a 9" artisan base, San Marzano Tomato sauce, aged mozzarella, buffalo mozzarella, Grana Padano and lots of basil. Allergens - WHEAT, MILK (DAIRY)
